New brands: Yellow Owl Workshop, Makedo & Scribble Down•
Posted on November 17 2017
We have even more new brands hitting down at The Wee Store, just in time for the epic marathon that is Christmas, eek!
Yellow Owl Workshop
Ever wanted to visit San Fransisco? Well you can get a piece of sunshine right here - Yellow Owl Workshop are based in the gorgeous Californian coastal city.
Christine Schmidt established the company in 2007, and whilst the goods are now sold internationally the original values of expert attention to detail, ecological awareness and premium U.S. made materials are evident in every product.
Notable for a sophisticated yet playful aesthetic, the products include rubber stamps and stamp ink pads, greeting cards and a line of exquisite gold pendants. Though the product line is diverse, consistent themes of innovative function, original graphics and bold colours emerge.
The awesomeness of Makedo is that children learn by doing, creating, experimenting, failing and maybe even succeeding.
The creations then open the door to imaginative play where the child is protagonist in a hack-able world of their own making.
Many people will be familiar with Scribble Down. Especially those who want to go for a coffee & have a bit of peace & quiet for 5 minutes!
Scribble Down transfer packs make ideal presents, they are great for party bags, journeys, or just for fun!
Children can use their imagination & skill to make the pictures tell a story. They just need to take the sheet of images, unfold the scene and then rub away with a pen, pencil, or coin. It's as easy as that!
The goodness just keeps coming, to ensure we have something for everyone, so don't forget to keep checking back for updates, or shop NEW IN here!
